We could use your help! Now that the lanterns have been brought back from the ocean, it’s time to give them a good cleaning and prepare them for the 2027 ceremony!

For the next several weekends through June, our volunteer ʻohana will be gathering to refurbish and store the lanterns so they can be reused for next year.

If you would like to volunteer to clean the lanterns, or find out about other volunteer opportunities, check out our volunteer page.
